Job description

To strengthen our team, we are looking for someone in Oberhausen as soon as possible IT Project Manager (m/f/d) What you can expect from us: As an IT project manager in a domain team within the Customer Projects division, you are the customer’s first point of contact for all matters. You are responsible for managing extensive and demanding implementation projects for our products with national customers . For this purpose, we are looking for your expertise, which already includes experience in IT project management and a high level of customer orientation. As part of managing projects, it is one of your tasks and it is your responsibility to ensure the project goals with regard to implementation and integration into “time, quality and budget.” You carry out the project-specific product configuration in coordination with the customer, take up the associated customer requirements and create functional specifications. You are also responsible for reporting project results to the relevant committees and are responsible for coordinating and managing the internal production areas. In cooperation with sales, you manage the commercial processes from quotation calculation to invoicing . Your training will primarily be carried out by your dedicated mentor and the associated domain team. During this phase, you will come into contact with various topics from our wide range of professional tasks. Within the teams, we rely heavily on direct exchange of knowledge and short lines of communication. The focus is always on cooperative cooperation to jointly ensure the quality of results .

Requirements

  • Completed technical or scientific studies or completed vocational training with appropriate professional experience on the job market
  • At least 3 years of practical work experience in IT project management
  • Confident appearance and pleasure in dealing with customers
  • High customer orientation and quick comprehension
  • You have very good German language skills (at least C1 level) and good written and spoken English (at least B2 level)
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • Project management certification (e.g. V-Modell XT, PMP, agile methods)
  • Willingness to travel
