Lead AI Competence Center

• Develop and execute the organization’s AI strategy and transformation roadmap.
• Lead enterprise-wide AI adoption and automation initiatives.
• Build and manage a centralized AI Competence Center.
• Oversee AI platforms, tools, and enterprise AI solutions.
• Drive the development and deployment of AI and machine learning applications.
• Establish AI governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks.
• Ensure secure integration of AI solutions with enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with business, engineering, product, and data teams to identify AI opportunities.
• Build strategic partnerships with technology vendors and AI solution providers.
• Define AI performance metrics and measure business impact.
• Lead, mentor, and grow cross-functional AI, engineering, and data science teams.
• Promote an AI-first culture through training, enablement, and innovation.

• Master’s Degree, MBA, PhD, or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience leading large-scale AI transformation programs.
• Strong expertise in AI platforms, Machine Learning, and Generative AI.
• Experience implementing enterprise AI solutions and automation platforms.
• Strong understanding of AI governance, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience integrating AI with enterprise systems and cloud platforms.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the telecommunications or technology industry.
• Experience managing strategic technology partnerships.
• Knowledge of Build-Operate-Transfer delivery models.
• German language skills.
