Job description

We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer?focused Cooling / Air?Conditioning Technician or Engineer to provide remote (telephone?based) technical support for computer room and data center cooling applications.In this role, you will act as a key technical reference for our customers, leveraging your solid experience in the cooling industry - particularly with DX and chilled?water systems - to support both pre?sales and post?sales activities.You will contribute to delivering reliable, high?quality solutions while ensuring a positive and professional customer experience throughout the full engagement lifecycle.What will you do: Provide technical support and guidance to customers via telephone and email Assist customers with product selection, system design, and troubleshooting Attend appropriate quality conference calls Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during the pre-sales process Conduct post-sales support by addressing customer inquiries and resolving technical issues Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and product developments Contribute to the development of technical support documentation and resources.What qualifications will make you successful Languages Fluent French(spoken and written) is required Good working proficiency in English.Technical Expertise Proven experience in the cooling / air?conditioning industry, with hands?on exposure to DX and chilled water systems Understanding of computer room and data center cooling requirements is a strong advantage Solid PC skills, with proficiency in relevant software applications and digital tools.Professional Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and internal teams Strong problem?solving and analytical capabilities, with a structured approach to troubleshooting technical challenges Ability to perform well in a fast?paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities with confidence.Education & Certifications Completed a recognized apprenticeship as a Refrigeration / Air Conditioning Technician, or Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.Relevant HVAC or cooling?related certifications are considered an advantage.
