Scrum Master / Release Train Engineer

Join Keystone Solutions as a consultant on a long-term mission supporting our client’s Prescriptions program as an experienced Scrum Master / Release Train Engineer. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will work closely with the client on-site, helping four teams that operate in the following domains: medicinal prescriptions, referral prescriptions, referral prescription support, and the client’s mobile health application. These tracks are multi-year and carry significant strategic importance for the client., Each team is led by a project manager following the PRINCE2 framework, while the teams themselves use a Scrum-based way of working. The referral prescription tracks apply the SAFe framework for quarterly planning. The client provides both a Product Owner and a Project Manager for each track. In this consultancy role, you will combine strong methodological expertise with a pragmatic mindset and sufficient assertiveness to guide the development teams and the client in consistently applying the chosen methodologies with appropriate tailoring-ensuring the core agile values remain intact. You will also need to navigate organizational complexities, including contexts where certain roles (such as project managers) may not fully align with a strictly agile framework. Because communication is crucial in this role, a good command of French, Dutch, and English is required., * Support four client teams operating in medicinal prescriptions, referral prescriptions, referral prescription support, and the client’s mobile health application as a Keystone Solutions consultant.

• Work within a governance model where each team is led by a PRINCE2 project manager, and teams follow a Scrum-based way of working.
• Collaborate on tracks where the SAFe framework is applied for quarterly planning (specifically in the referral prescription teams).
• Partner with client-provided Product Owners and Project Managers on each track to ensure alignment and delivery.
• Guide development teams and the client in consistently applying selected methodologies with adequate tailoring while preserving core agile values.
• Navigate organizational complexities where certain roles (such as project managers) may not fully align with a strictly agile framework.
