Bearbeitung von Anforderungen über ein Tickettool inkl. Qualifizierung Durchführung von IMAC-Tätigkeiten im Rechenzentrum:

Installation von Server- und Storage-Systemen sowie Komponenten
Umzüge innerhalb von Racks oder zwischen Racks
Erweiterungen bestehender Systeme (z. B. RAM, HDD)
Austausch von Hardware oder Systemen

Requirements

Erfahrung im Rechenzentrumsumfeld mit Server- und Storage-Systemen (HPE/Dell)
Dell-Zertifizierung (Compute oder ECS)
Erfahrung im Umgang mit Ticket- und IMAC-Prozessen
