Job description

  • Hands-on-Weiterentwicklung und Refaktorierung eines MATLAB-Kernsystems
  • Modernisierung des mathematischen Optimierungs- und Rechenkerns
  • Ablösung mehrerer Legacy-APIs durch eine konsolidierte Ziel-API
  • Definition klarer Softwarearchitekturen und Design-Patterns
  • Sicherstellung von Stabilität, Nachvollziehbarkeit und Wartbarkeit
  • Fachliche Führung und Coaching eines MATLAB-Teams (ca. 4 Personen)
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Optik-, Messtechnik- und Prozessentwicklung

Requirements

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung mit komplexer, produktionsnaher Software
  • Sehr gute MATLAB-Kenntnisse in großen, gewachsenen Codebasen
  • Erfahrung in Legacy-Refactoring und Architekturmodernisierung
  • Kenntnisse in mathematischer Optimierung, numerischen Verfahren oder Modellierung
  • Idealerweise physikalischer Hintergrund (z. B. Optik, Präzisionssysteme)
  • Erfahrung in fachlicher bzw. lateraler Führung
