Job description

  • Analyse, Konfiguration und Optimierung von Netzwerkkomponenten
  • Installation, Inbetriebnahme und Konfiguration von Access Switches
  • Troubleshooting und Fehleranalyse im Netzwerkumfeld
  • Bearbeitung und Pflege von Tickets in ServiceNow (SNOW)
  • Durchführung von Netzwerkmonitoring mit CheckMK und Nagios
  • Verwaltung und Pflege von Lizenzen
  • Unterstützung bei Ein-, Ausbau- und Umbauarbeiten in Serverräumen
  • Durchführung von Verkabelungsarbeiten (Kupfer- und Glasfaserverkabelung)
  • Dokumentation von Änderungen und Maßnahmen

Requirements

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich, z. B. als Fachinformatiker Systemintegration, IT-Systemelektroniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Zertifizierung CCNA oder vergleichbare Netzwerkzertifizierung
  • Praxiserfahrung im Netzwerkumfeld
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Routing und Switching
  • Erfahrungen mit Cisco-Netzwerkkomponenten, insbesondere der Catalyst 9000 Serie
  • Grundkenntnisse im Bereich IPv6 (mindestens theoretische Kenntnisse)
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich VoIP-Telefonie
  • Erfahrung mit Netzwerkmonitoring-Lösungen wie CheckMK oder Nagios
  • Kenntnisse in der Arbeit mit CLI-basierten Systemen
  • Führerschein Klasse B erforderlich (Fahrzeug wird vor Ort bereitgestellt)
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
