We’re looking for an Oracle Fusion SCM Consultant!Required Qualification7+ years of overall ERP consulting experience, with a minimum of 4+ years on Oracle Fusion Cloud SCHands-on configuration experience across all four pillars: Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, and Subscription ManagementAt least 1 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM implementation as a functional lead or senior consultantShould have experience in Supporting Oracle Fusion SCStrong understanding of P2P (Procure To Pay), O2C (Order to Cash), and subscription/recurring-revenue business processes across industries (manufacturing, distribution, hi?tech, services, or SaaS)Proficiency with Oracle’s Functional Setup Manager (FSM), approval workflows (BPM), security roles, and data conversion tools (FBDI, ADFdi, REST APIs)Experience with OTBI/BI Publisher reporting and basic SQL for data analysis and issue diagnosisExcellent stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and written/verbal communication skillsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Business, or a related fieldHCL is an equal opportunity employer.
