Senior Software Engineer [M365 Copilot, MCP, Python, C#]

• Design, develop, and maintain AI agents using Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Integrate AI agents with backend systems, APIs, SharePoint, and other enterprise services.
• Develop and maintain integrations with Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers.
• Collaborate with software engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders to design AI-powered workflows.
• Build and optimize backend services using Python and/or C#.
• Troubleshoot, test, and enhance AI solutions to ensure reliability and performance.
• Contribute to the design of scalable, secure, and maintainable AI architectures.
• Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stay up to date with the latest developments in AI, Microsoft Copilot, and enterprise automation technologies.

• 5+ years of Commercial experience developing AI-powered applications or intelligent automation solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot or similar AI platforms.
• Understanding of AI fundamentals, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering.
• Experience integrating applications through APIs and enterprise services.
• Programming experience with Python and/or C#.
• Familiarity with SharePoint and Microsoft 365 services.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and work effectively in low-code or non-traditional development environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong self-organization, time management, and ability to work independently.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience working with Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Experience building AI agents or conversational AI applications.
• Knowledge of Azure AI services or Microsoft Power Platform.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Familiarity with enterprise authentication and security concepts.
