Job description

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for an Ex. Analyst, Tech Prod IT Sales, located in Raynham, MA; Raritan, NJ; West Chester, PA; Palm Beach Gardens, FL; OR Warsaw, IN.

This role supports the delivery and optimization of technology products that enable Sales Compensation programs across DePuy Synthes. The Professional, Technology Product Analyst partners with Commercial, Sales Operations, Finance, and IT stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions and actionable insights that support commercial performance and reports into the DePuy Synthes Technology organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the analysis, configuration, and enhancement of Sales Compensation technology solutions to meet commercial business needs.

  • Gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics related to sales and compensation performance.

  • Perform data analysis and validation to ensure accuracy and integrity of compensation-related data.

  • Lead the application of AI, advanced analytics, and automation to modernize commercial platforms, enhancing customer engagement, pricing and revenue optimization, and data driven decision making while driving scalable and compliant commercial execution across sales, marketing, and customer operations.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, HR, and Commercial Technology teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.

  • Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities for system enhancements.

  • Contribute to documentation and standard operating procedures to support scalable solutions.

  • Apply Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day work., Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopedics business to establish a standalone orthopedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes and your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to you by DePuy Synthes at an appropriate time and subject to any necessary consultation processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field).

  • Master’s degree preferred (MBA, MS, or equivalent).

Experience and Skills

Required

  • 2-4 years of experience in technology analysis, product analysis, business systems, or analytics.

  • Experience with data analysis, reporting, dashboards, and enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, incentive compensation, ERP).

  • Ability to translate Sales Compensation and commercial requirements into clear functional needs and actionable insights.

  • Experience with data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance practices.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.

  • Demonstrated collaboration, accountability, and ability to influence outcomes while working under guidance.

Preferred

  • Experience supporting Sales Compensation or incentive management solutions.

  • Exposure to Agile or product-based delivery models.

  • Working knowledge of SQL, data visualization tools, or compensation management platforms.

  • Experience in life sciences, medical devices, or other regulated industries.

  • Strong communication, stakeholder partnership, and continuous improvement mindset.

Other

  • English proficiency required.

  • Travel: Up to 10% domestic travel.
