Requirements

  • Experience with Government Taxation organizations, including technical design, development, maintenance, and end-user support of tax or audit systems.
  • Experience designing process choreography and orchestration using WebSphere Process Server (WPS), IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation (CP4BA/BAW), and IBM Cloud Pak for Integration (CP4I).
  • Experience designing, developing, and managing Business Rules Architecture Systems, including Rules Entry UI Systems, portable Runtime Engines deployed in WebSphere Process Server (WPS), and Decision Service design and development using Automation Decision Services (ADS) within IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation (CP4BA).
  • Experience developing Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) components using J2EE technologies, including JMS, CTG, IBM EAD4J, JADE, Spring Framework, BPEL, and IBM SCA/SDO, along with development tools such as Elastic, Jenkins, GitLab, and JFrog.
  • Experience in system analysis and design for multi-tier transactional systems, including preparing technical documentation for complex component-based applications.
  • Experience with Java programming in an IBM development environment using IBM Rational Application Developer (RAD), WebSphere Integration Developer (WID), and WebSphere Application Server (WAS)/WebSphere Process Server (WPS) as runtime environments.
  • Experience using IBM Red Hat OpenShift and implementing applications based on Microservices Architecture.
  • Experience with Java Message Service (JMS) and IBM MQ Series, including IBM Cloud Pak for Integration (CP4I) MQ messaging solutions.
