Requirements

Note: The candidate must have experience with Government Taxation organization, Our client is looking for an experienced Software Architect with strong expertise in Government Taxation systems, IBM WebSphere technologies, Java/J2EE, Business Rules, IBM Cloud Pak, DB2, MQ, and OpenShift., · 8+ years supporting Government Taxation/Tax or Audit systems.

· 8+ years designing orchestration/choreography processes using WebSphere Process Server (WPS), IBM CP4BA/BAW and/or IBM CP4I.

· 8+ years with Business Rules Architecture, Rules Entry UI, portable runtime engines, Decision Services and/or IBM Automation Decision Services (ADS).

· 8+ years with J2EE/SOA architecture including JMS, CTG, BPEL, IBM SCA/SDO, Spring and related technologies.

· 8+ years with Java development using IBM Rational Application Developer (RAD), WebSphere Integration Developer (WID), WebSphere Application Server (WAS), and WebSphere Process Server.

· 3+ years with Red Hat OpenShift and Microservices Architecture.

· 2+ years with IBM MQ / MQSeries / IBM CP4I MQ.

· 8+ years with testing, code review, source control, and release management.

· 4+ years with IBM DB2 data modeling and database/application performance tuning.
