We are seeking an experienced Mainframe Assembler Developer for a contract opportunity in Wilmington, Delaware. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in IBM Assembler programming, z/OS, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). This role involves developing, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise mainframe applications while ensuring system reliability and performance., Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using IBM Assembler. Analyze business and technical requirements to deliver efficient mainframe solutions. Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of mainframe applications. Create and maintain technical documentation, coding standards, and program specifications. Collaborate with architects, analysts, and development teams throughout the SDLC., Join a collaborative technology team where your mainframe expertise will support the development and maintenance of high-performance enterprise systems while contributing to reliable, business-critical applications.
Requirements
10+ years of Mainframe Assembler development experience required. Strong expertise in IBM Assembler programming and z/OS operating systems. Experience with application design, coding, testing, debugging, and production support. Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
