Senior Software Engineer (Insurance Tech)

• Build and enhance SaaS applications for the company and CCC products by writing production code
• Modernize legacy systems while developing new scalable backend services
• Utilize AI-assisted tools to improve engineering productivity and rapid prototyping
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Data Engineering to deliver scalable applications
• Contribute to technical design, engage in code reviews, and uphold engineering best practices

• 5+ years of engineering experience with end-to-end feature delivery
• Strong hands-on experience in Python, TypeScript, and/or JavaScript
• Proficient in designing scalable backend systems with relational database skills
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools for enhancing the workflow
• Experience in writing technical design documents and conducting code reviews
• Ability to translate customer problems into technical solutions transparently
• Collaborative engineer with strong communication and ownership skills
