Job description

  • Architect and code systems for AI-native products in the auto casualty business
  • Analyze legacy systems to determine rebuild, replace, or maintain decisions
  • Develop backend architectures balancing prototypes and stable systems using AI
  • Establish engineering best practices, including design documents and code reviews in collaboration with other teams

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in engineering with end-to-end feature ownership
  • Proficient in Python, with familiarity in TypeScript/JavaScript
  • Expertise in evaluating and modernizing complex legacy systems
  • Experience with AI-assisted engineering tools, demonstrating real business impact
  • Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence to build cross-team trust
