M365 PowerPlatform Product Manager

Under the direct supervision of theSr. Application Development Manager, the M365 PowerPlatform Product Manager is responsible for the overall design, implementation, and product management of Microsoft 365 PowerPlatform business solutions., * Design and implement custom solutions using Microsoft 365 PowerPlatform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Power BI, and related services) to meet the business needs of Practice Groups and Business Professional departments.

• Collaborate with Practice Groups and Business Professionals to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation leveraging PowerPlatform technologies.
• Define product vision and roadmap for the M365 Power Platform.
• Serve as core member of the Center of Excellence (CoE), championing governance, compliance, and process optimization for PowerPlatform citizen development.
• Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle of PowerPlatform products, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, deployment, integration, maintenance, performance tuning, and monitoring.
• Evaluate new features and capabilities within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and recommend how they can be leveraged within the Firm.
• Work closely with Network Systems, Information Security, and Electronic Information Governance teams to ensure all solutions comply with security and governance standards.
• Ensure strict adherence to SDLC and AML processes, supporting audit, compliance, and documentation requirements as established by the CoE
• Follow established SDLC methodologies and best practices for solution development and deployment., Work Requirements: On site during normal working hours and available as necessary before or after normal working hours.

• Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 PowerPlatform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio and Power BI), including solution architecture and administration.
• Experience developing solutions using Microsoft Azure, Dataverse, and integrating with other Microsoft services.
• 5+ years’ development experience with PowerPlatform, Azure, and related technologies; proficiency in languages such as PowerFx, JavaScript, and C#.
• Strong understanding of REST-based APIs and experience integrating external data sources.
• Knowledge of responsible technology principles and best practices for security, privacy, and compliance.
• Able to work independently and within a team, with demonstrated ability to lead projects and contribute as an active member of the Center of Excellence.
• Bachelor’s degree from an approved and accredited college.
• Legal experience preferred.
