Senior Full-Stack Developer

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer Network OSS on behalf of our client in Middletown, NJ. We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated full-stack developer to design, build, and support enterprise-scale applications within a Network Operations Support Systems (OSS) environment. This role requires expertise in modern web development, cloud-native technologies, workflow orchestration, and telecom service delivery systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building scalable microservices, developing intuitive user interfaces, and delivering high-quality software solutions in complex enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities Application Development Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture. Build modern, responsive front-end applications using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript. Develop and integrate RESTful and SOAP-based APIs to support enterprise system integrations. Optimize database schemas, queries, and application performance for large-scale data environments. Workflow & Orchestration Implement workflow-driven solutions using Temporal, Camunda, or similar orchestration platforms. Design and automate provisioning and service delivery processes. Ensure reliability, scalability, and resilience across distributed applications and business workflows. Cloud & Platform Engineering Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes. Support cloud-native solutions within Microsoft Azure environments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance deployment automation, monitoring, and operational efficiency. Quality & Best Practices Develop and maintain comprehensive unit and integration tests. Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural discussions. Ensure software quality, security, and adherence to development best practices.

Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture. Hands-on experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and SOAP web services. Expertise in database design, query optimization, and performance tuning. Proficiency in React, JavaScript, TypeScript, and state management frameworks. Experience with workflow orchestration platforms such as Temporal, Camunda, or similar technologies. Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes. Experience deploying and managing applications in Microsoft Azure. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), testing methodologies, and best engineering practices. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with Network OSS platforms, network inventory systems, or provisioning systems. Telecommunications industry experience. Experience modernizing legacy applications and migrating them to cloud-native architectures. Knowledge of distributed systems, workflow automation, and enterprise integration patterns
