Senior Data Analyst

Candidates who misrepresent their skills or use unauthorised assistance will be disqualified., Client is seeking a Senior Data Analyst with strong expertise in SAS Programming, SQL, data analytics, and reporting to develop analytical solutions, automate reporting processes, build dashboards, and deliver actionable business insights. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent analytical abilities, and the communication skills needed to work effectively with business stakeholders and enterprise data., * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related field.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAS Programming, including:

• Base SAS
• SAS/STAT
• SAS Macro
• PROC SQL

• 5+ years of advanced SQL experience, including:

• Complex joins
• Window functions
• Query optimization
• Performance tuning
• Experience with SAS Data Integration and query tools.
• Strong experience developing dashboards and KPI reporting using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
• Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, data validation, and data quality management.
• Experience with Linux shell scripting and batch processing.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server, Oracle, or other relational databases.
• Experience developing or integrating with REST APIs.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to work directly with business stakeholders.

Other Skills

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Experience with Machine Learning or statistical modeling.
• Experience in Healthcare or Financial Services industries.
• SAS and/or SQL certifications.
• Experience with SAS Procurement Integrity.
• Experience mentoring junior analysts.
