Requirements

  • Strong experience with Power BI, SQL, AWS, and NoSQL databases is mandatory., Client is seeking a Senior Data Analyst (IT IV) to lead the development of enterprise dashboards and analytics solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across business and technology teams. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Power BI, SQL, AWS cloud technologies, and NoSQL databases, with experience transforming complex business and technical data into meaningful insights. This role will partner with stakeholders to define KPIs, build scalable data models, and deliver high-quality dashboards that support operational and strategic initiatives. Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 8+ years of overall Data Analytics experience with at least 5+ years in advanced analytics.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI, including:

  • Data Modeling
  • DAX
  • Power BI Service
  • Dashboard & Report Development
  • 5+ years of advanced SQL experience, including query optimization and relational database development.
  • Experience working with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.
  • 5+ years of experience with AWS Cloud technologies and NoSQL databases, particularly DynamoDB.
  • Strong experience analyzing and modeling data from cloud-based data platforms.
  • Experience developing enterprise KPIs, dashboards, and analytical reporting solutions.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable data models and visualizations.
  • Experience performing data validation, root cause analysis, and data quality assessments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Experience collaborating with engineering teams to resolve data inconsistencies and improve reporting solutions.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Unified Data Hub (UDH) architectures.
  • Experience with Application Performance Monitoring (APM) and Real User Monitoring (RUM) tools and metrics.
  • Knowledge of Data Governance, KPI standardization, and enterprise reporting best practices.
  • Experience serving as a senior analytics lead or domain owner.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
