Job description

We are expanding our support coverage to serve a key client. As an IT Consultant, you will be one of the dedicated technical resources, ensuring seamless IT operations.

This is a focused, high-ownership position where you provide IT support during a critical window. You will need to think independently, troubleshoot without a safety net, and deliver a white-glove experience.

The right person for this role is self-sufficient, composed under pressure, and takes pride in being the reliable presence that keeps things running quietly in the background.

  • This is a remote position
  • Shift: 9:00am-5:00pm local time
  • Expected Start Date: Mid August, * Serve as a dedicated IT support technician managing a high volume of support tickets, consistently meeting SLA targets and maintaining quality resolutions
  • Handle intermediate-to-advanced troubleshooting of computer, application, and network issues across Mac OS and Windows
  • Provision, configure, and maintain user laptops, workstations, and accounts
  • Support and facilitate client onboarding and offboarding, from account provisioning to equipment shipments
  • Assist on IT project deployments including MDM rollouts, network configurations, and hardware rollouts
  • Manage physical assets including inventory, cable management, and general workspace upkeep
  • Develop and maintain documentation, standards, and best practices in line with compliance requirements such as SOC2 and HIPAA
  • Help configure automations and tooling especially around onboarding and offboarding workflows
  • Mentor and support junior team members as you grow into the role, Lead technical consulting engagements assessing Microsoft 365/Azure environments, AD/AD AAD, SharePoint, endpoints, servers, virtualization, networks, and security. Provide level-three escalation support, document roadmaps and security reviews, scope and manage projects, mentor junior consultants, and present prioritized modernization and risk mitigation recommendations to clients.
