IT Indirect Contract Specialist III

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in contract negotiations, specifically within IT-related sectors
• Proven ability to redline and negotiate terms in IT agreements including SaaS, software licenses, hardware, telecom, SOWs, and Order Forms
• Strong collaboration skills working with legal, risk management, technical leads, and vendors
• Self-driven with the autonomy to manage negotiations from start to finish
• Bachelor’s degree required (experience may supplement)

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience negotiating SaaS agreements specifically
• Familiarity with policies and procedures related to oil and gas project contracts
• Exposure to commercial negotiations focusing on liabilities and contractual limitations

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field
• 3-5 years of direct contract negotiation experience beyond basic commercial deals, including limitations of liability and other complex contractual provisions
• Prior experience working in or with oil and gas industry contracts-preferred but not mandatory

Other Requirements:

• Location primarily in The Woodlands, TX with a hybrid work schedule (Tuesday-Thursday in-office, 9/80 schedule)
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to commit to an initial 12-month contract with potential for full-time conversion
