Job description

This role is responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and availability of internal machines and equipment. The Internal Production Support Engineer handles incident resolution, system monitoring, root cause analysis, and automation of repetitive tasks to minimize downtime. This position also serves as a liaison between development, operations, and business teams to support seamless internal workflows., * Tool bring-up and qualification, including execution of qualification levels 600, 700, and 800

  • Incident management and troubleshooting using monitoring tools such as ITRS, Splunk, and Datadog
  • Root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring production incidents and implementation of permanent fixes
  • Automation and scripting (Shell, Python) to reduce manual and repetitive tasks
  • System maintenance, including batch processes, upgrades, and ensuring server/network functionality
  • Cross-functional communication and documentation of procedures
  • Supporting release deployments and user acceptance testing (UAT)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, equipment troubleshooting, or technical support

The starting base salary for this full-time position is between $120,000 and $130,000. This salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for this position in the U.S. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience, job-related skills, related education, work location, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. In addition to a competitive base salary and a comprehensive benefits package, this position may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and equity program, as applicable.
