Job description

We are seeking an experienced Data Architect with 11-15 years of expertise in Master Data Management (MDM) to lead enterprise MDM product delivery and architecture initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Reltio, Verato, or NextGate, healthcare data management, EMPI, Provider Data Management, and Identity Management., * Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise MDM product initiatives.

Drive MDM solutions for EMPI, Person Master, Provider Master, Location Master, and Insurance Plan Master.
Support NextGate enhancements and Verato migration initiatives.
Enhance Reltio Provider Master and improve data quality and stewardship.
Define delivery governance, release planning, and execution tracking.
Collaborate with Product Management, Data Architecture, Governance, and Integration teams.
Ensure scalable, secure, and high-quality MDM solutions aligned with business objectives.

Requirements

11-15 years of enterprise Data Architecture and MDM experience.
Strong expertise in Reltio, Verato, or NextGate.
Experience with Enterprise Master Patient Index (EMPI).
Hands-on experience with Provider Data Management and Identity Management.
Strong understanding of Data Governance, Data Modeling, and Integration Architecture.
Healthcare industry experience preferred.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Experience: 11-15 Years Education: Bachelor’’s Degree in Engineering/Technology or equivalent Primary Skill: Reltio MDM / Master Data Management (MDM)
