Requirements

5+ years of solution architecture or technical implementation experience, with 2+ years focused on data engineering or enterprise data platforms
Strong expertise in commercial banking products and services, particularly across commercial lending and treasury management domains
Hands-on experience designing and deploying cloud-native data platforms using Azure/AWS/Google Cloud Platform, with proficiency in Databricks, Kafka, and modern data technologies
Proven ability to develop ETL/ELT frameworks and data pipelines for both real-time and batch processing environments
Solid understanding of data governance, data quality management, metadata management, and regulatory compliance requirements (GDPR, CCPA)
Experience with containerization (Kubernetes), microservices architecture, and DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines
Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all organizational levels
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field; AWS/Azure Solutions Architect or Certified Data Engineer certification preferred
