Job description

We are looking for an experiencedSoftware Engineering Product Managertoidentifyand solvesupply chainchallenges through software solutions.This role will involvecollaboratingwith supply chain teams to align software features with operational workflows and drive efficiencies.You will oversee thefull product lifecycle, including ideation, design, development, testing,deploymentand post-launch improvements.You will workdirectly with users to gather feedback,identifypainpointsand uncover opportunities for product enhancement.You will also work with our software team to manage and prioritize a robust backlog, ensuring clear communication of priorities and timelines. What You’ll Do

  • Partner with engineering,designand business teams to translate customer and stakeholder requirements into actionable user stories and technical specifications
  • Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with business goals
  • Develop andmaintaina product roadmap, ensuring prioritization based on customer impact,feasibilityand ROI
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, dailystand-upsand retrospectives
  • Coordinate the release of software, ensuring smooth deployment and delivery
  • Prepare and distribute release notes, userdocumentationand training materials to ensure stakeholders and end-users are informed and equipped
  • Monitor and analyze product performance, using data-driven insights to inform continuous improvement

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager in software development, with a strong understanding of software engineering principles
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in managing technical products and collaborating with engineering teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Hands-on experience with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
  • Ability to workclosely with engineering teams and architects to address complex data and software-specific challenges, driving solutions that enhance supply chain operations and efficiency
  • Ability toleverageanalytical and problem-solving skills to break down intricate issues, using data insights to inform and guide decision-making

Expected Compensation $112,000 - $204,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
