Data Scientist

• Design, development, and deployment of models on AWS-based infrastructure.
• Derivation of actionable insights from data using advanced analytical tools and artificial intelligence technologies.
• Definition of algorithmic solutions to address complex business challenges.
• Analysis of structured and unstructured data from diverse sources.
• Presentation of analytical findings and strategic business insights to stakeholders.
• Evaluation and measurement of model performance and effectiveness.

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end model development, with mandatory experience in machine learning models for classification and regression.
• At least 5 years of experience in processing and analyzing large-scale tabular datasets.
• Proven, hands-on experience in Python development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into robust technical and analytical solutions.

Nice to Have

• Experience in developing Generative AI-based applications.
• Experience working in large, complex organizations and a broad, system-oriented perspective.
• Practical development experience and strong business understanding within the banking or financial services domain.
• Experience working in cloud-based environments.
• Experience in data processing using PySpark. *

Academic Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
