Job Description We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer Figma Specialist to create intuitive, responsive, and accessible digital experiences. The ideal candidate will translate business requirements into user-centered designs, build modern interfaces, develop enterprise design systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality web and mobile applications. Key Responsibilities Design intuitive, user-centered digital experiences following UX best practices and Human-Centered Design principles. Create user personas, user journeys, information architecture, user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes. Develop modern, responsive, and visually engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Build, maintain, and enhance enterprise design systems using Figma components, variants, Auto Layout, design tokens, and team libraries. Produce high-fidelity UI designs aligned with branding, usability, and accessibility standards. Conduct usability testing, analyze user feedback, and implement design improvements. Ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1, Section 508, and accessibility best practices. Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle. Present design concepts, document design decisions, and communicate recommendations to technical and business teams. Work in Agile/Scrum environments and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and design workshops. Stay current with emerging UX trends, AI-assisted design tools, and industry best practices. Requirements

Strong understanding of User Experience (UX), Human-Centered Design, and Design Thinking methodologies. Experience creating user flows, personas, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and information architecture. Expertise in modern UI design, visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, layout systems, and responsive design. Advanced proficiency with Figma, including: Auto Layout Components & Variants Design Systems Interactive Prototyping Team Libraries Design Tokens Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.1 Accessibility Guidelines, Section 508, accessible design patterns, color contrast, and screen reader compatibility. Experience conducting usability testing and interpreting user research. Excellent communication, presentation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments. Preferred Qualifications Experience in Healthcare, Insurance, Pharmacy, or Enterprise applications. Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, or Angular. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Miro, Jira, Confluence, and Zeplin. Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar platforms. Experience designing SaaS and cloud-based applications. Experience building enterprise design systems. Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools and modern UX trends. Experience with responsive and mobile-first design methodologies. Preferred Certifications Google UX Design Certificate Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC) Human-Centered Design Certification Figma Professional Certification Technical Skills Figma UX Design UI Design Design Systems Auto Layout Components & Variants Interactive Prototyping Design Tokens User Research Wireframing Information Architecture Journey Mapping Responsive Design Mobile-First Design
