The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating business requirements into user-centred designs, developing modern user interfaces, and maintaining enterprise design standards.
Requirements
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer (Figma Specialist) to create intuitive, responsive, and accessible digital experiences., This role requires strong expertise in Figma, design systems, prototyping, accessibility standards, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. UX Design Strong understanding of User Experience (UX) principles, Human-Centred Design, and Design Thinking. Experience creating user flows, personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes. Knowledge of information architecture and interaction design principles. Experience conducting usability testing and interpreting user feedback. UI Design Expertise in creating modern, visually appealing, and responsive user interfaces. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, spacing, layout systems, and visual hierarchy. Experience designing web and mobile applications. Figma Expertise Advanced proficiency in Figma, including: o Auto Layout o Variants and Components o Design Systems o Interactive Prototyping o Team Libraries o Design Tokens Accessibility Strong knowledge of: o WCAG 2.1 Accessibility Guidelines o Section 508 Compliance o Accessible Design Patterns o Colour Contrast and Screen Reader Compatibility Collaboration & Communication Ability to effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong presentation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Preferred Qualifications Experience with healthcare, insurance, pharmacy, or enterprise applications. Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, or Angular. Experience using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Miro, Jira, Confluence, and Zeplin. Knowledge of user analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar platforms. Experience designing cloud-based and SaaS applications. Preferred Certification: Google UX Design Certificate Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC) Human-Centered Design Certifications Figma Professional Certifications Key Competencies User-Centred Design Figma Design Expertise Design Systems Development Accessibility Compliance Visual Design Prototyping & Wireframing Problem Solving Stakeholder Management Agile Delivery Communication & Collaboration Nice to Have Healthcare domain experience. Experience building enterprise design systems. Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools and modern UX trends. Experience with responsive and mobile-first design methodologies.
