Job description
The Salesforce Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions within Salesforce to support enterprise CRM functions. This role requires strong expertise across Salesforce development, release management, integrations, and secure application lifecycle practices., * Gather and refine technical requirements for new features and enhancements.
- Ensure solutions align with business needs, performance goals, and long?term architecture.
- Lead release cycles, deployment activities, and environment management.
- Maintain technical ownership across development environments.
- Establish and enforce internal development standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross?platform development teams to support systems integration.
- Ensure all solutions comply with security guidelines, standards, and lifecycle policies.
- Translate complex technical concepts for leadership and stakeholders.
- Support knowledge transfer and training for transition to operations.
- Produce clear written and verbal communication across teams., * Build Apex classes, Apex triggers, Visualforce pages, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Utilize Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules for configuration?based solutions.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and custom API solutions.
- Implement authentication protocols including OAuth for third?party integrations.
- Build and optimize Batch Apex and Scheduled Apex jobs.
- Lead all technical aspects of data migrations, data quality, and third?party application integrations.
- Manage technical change control and release management for SFDX?based development.
- Design secure, scalable, high?performance solutions on the Force.com platform.
- Support Azure DevOps, SFDX branching, merging, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Identify technical risks and mitigation strategies.
Requirements
- Salesforce Development: 6+ years of hands?on experience.
- Salesforce Platform Development Lifecycle with SFDX.
- 4+ years with Visualforce, LWC, Aura, Apex, HTML5, JavaScript.
- 5+ years of Service Cloud experience.
- 3+ years of Lightning and LWC development.
- 5+ years Salesforce custom development experience.
- 2+ years API integration and Single Sign?On (SSO) experience.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, work item tracking, and pipeline automation.
- Background with data migration and cloud integration projects.
- Certifications (Required):
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Certifications (Preferred):
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
- Additional helpful experience: Conga, Drawloop, compliance -driven workflows, FedRAMP aligned tools.
