Job description

Seeking for a Salesforce Developer responsible for the development, design, and implementation of customizable solutions within Salesforce based on CRM needs for the Enterprise Contact Center team at the Department. Responsibilities include:

  • Support CRM development for crisis call workflows, including coding and delivering user stories.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, customers, and end users to define technical requirements for new projects and future enhancements.
  • Ensure technical requirements align with customer needs and performance goals.
  • Take ownership of release cycles to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications and code.
  • Compile and enforce internal development guidelines/standards.
  • Collaborate with developers from other systems for business integration.
  • Ensure solutions adhere to security guidelines throughout the application lifecycle.
  • Communicate strategic technical concepts at an executive level.
  • Devise a training plan for the development team for transition to Maintenance & Operations.
  • Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge and working experience in Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
  • Experience in each phase of full Salesforce.com lifecycle implementations.
  • In-depth understanding of Salesforce capabilities and constraints.
  • Hands-on experience in writing Apex programming, Visualforce pages, Apex triggers, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Experience with configurations such as Flows, Process Builders, and Workflow Rules.
  • Experience with integrating Salesforce with cloud-based and on-premises applications using REST APIs.
  • Experience in core web technologies like HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, and web services.
  • Experience implementing authentication protocols like oAuth.
  • Successful implementation of Batch Apex and/or Schedule Apex development.
  • Ownership of all technical aspects of a Salesforce.com program, including data migrations and systems integrations.
  • Manage technical change management processes for Salesforce technology efforts.
  • Assess Salesforce.com architecture to provide secure, high-performance technical solutions.
  • Support SFDX development and code deployment activities using Azure DevOps., * Demonstrated hands-on experience with Salesforce, including SFDX and the Salesforce Development Lifecycle.
  • 6+ years of strong Salesforce development experience.
  • 4+ years of experience developing within the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, HTML5, and JavaScript.
  • 5+ years of experience working with Service Cloud and/or Health Cloud.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning, including LWC.

Preferred Skills:

  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II.
  • Experience with Conga and Drawloop.
