Job description
- In this role, you will have the opportunity to configure, test, and deploy Workday solutions across various HR modules including HCM, Compensation, Absence, Benefits, and more.
- You will maintain core Workday foundations and support improvements, ensuring seamless HR processes and employee lifecycle workflows.
- This position allows you to lead cross-functional initiatives, partnering with COE leaders and collaborators to gather business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and resolve complex issues.
- You will assist with integrations, data updates, and mass uploads across Workday modules, ensuring the highest data quality and process logic.
- Reviewing Workday semiannual releases, you will identify features that improve user experience, process efficiency, and compliance.
- By recommending and applying process and system improvements, including automation and AI solutions, you will streamline HR processes and improve operational scalability.
- Your responsibilities will also include crafting and maintaining system documentation, updating configurations, crafting custom reports, developing test plans, and performing testing.
- You will deliver high-quality work on time, troubleshoot issues, and provide backup support for other HRIS Analysts as needed.
Requirements
- B.S/B.A. in Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Over 3 years of experience configuring Workday modules including HCM, Compensation, Absence, Benefits, Performance, Talent, and Payroll.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven success in crafting complex pay calculation rules, accrual configurations, time valuation, eligibility, and payroll workflows.
- Experience with Payroll, Time Tracking (required), Absence (preferred), Benefits, Project Time Tracking, and Attendance Tracking.
- Workday technical skills, including Studio, EIBs, and reports.
- Experience with time clocks, with Dormakaba preferred., Analysis Skills, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Automation, Communication Skills, Computer Science, Computer Security, Cross-Functional, Customer Relations, Data Quality, Diversity, Documentation, Electricity, English Language, HRIS/HRMS, Human Resources, Human Resources Processes, Identify Issues, Multilingual, Non-Profit Funding, Operational Improvement, Presentation/Verbal Skills, Problem Solving Skills, Process Development, Process Improvement, Project Tracking, Spanish Language, Systems Maintenance, Test Plan/Schedule, Testing, Time Management, Time Tracking, User Interface/Experience (UI/UX), Writing Skills
