AI Development Manager

Assist in developing AI-assisted automation for court report generation from Microsoft Dynamics and AI-powered summarization of audio recordings. Design, build, and deploy scalable AI-driven business applications using Microsoft Power Platform and Azure AI ecosystem. Develop, train, and implement AI Builder models including document processing, prediction, classification, and object detection. Integrate Azure AI models with Power Apps and Power Automate through custom connectors, REST APIs, and Dataverse. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into innovative AI-enabled workflows and applications, ensuring responsible AI principles are upheld.

• Extensive experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse in application development.
• Hands-on expertise with AI Builder, including model configuration, training, and deployment.
• Practical experience with Azure AI Foundry, including GPT-4/4o models, embeddings, vector search, and prompt flows.
• Ability to design and consume REST APIs, integrating them seamlessly into Power Platform solutions.
• Strong understanding of data preparation, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
