Seeking a Program Architect / Manager with 8-10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, engineering, or technical leadership roles. The candidate should have strong experience leading large-scale multi-project programs and working as a Solution/Lead Architect.
Key responsibilities include owning end-to-end program architecture, ensuring architectural alignment across projects, managing integrations, resolving cross-functional technical issues, and supporting scalable, secure, and high-availability solutions.
Strong expertise required in:

Distributed systems, application/data architecture, cloud/hybrid environments

System integrations, security-by-design, and non-functional requirements

Leadership, stakeholder management, and architectural governance
Preferred experience with AspenTech OSI ADMS and utility/grid operations environments involving OMS, DMS, SCADA, GIS, AMI, DERMS, EMS, and real-time operational systems.
The role focuses on driving integrated, resilient, and scalable grid modernization solutions while ensuring seamless integration, cybersecurity, operational reliability, and long-term maintainability.
