Principal Software Engineer-SRE

• Lead design and implementation of reliability strategies for distributed systems
• Guide architectural decisions and long-term system evolution
• Identify systemic risks and drive architectural improvements
• Lead incident management and operational maturity efforts
• Champion blameless post-incident reviews for system improvements
• Apply engineering practices to reduce manual work and improve observability
• Collaborate with teams to embed reliability in system design

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, SRE, or systems engineering roles
• Extremely strong proficiency in Java and its ecosystems
• Deep experience operating complex, distributed systems in production
• Strong software engineering background and code quality track record
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-team initiatives and influence decisions
