Job description

During this role at Rabobank, you work on your career by translating data management policy into concrete actions and improvements. You collaborate with various stakeholders and continuously enhance data quality. You act as the bridge between data producers and data consumers. And then? You develop yourself into a strong advisor in data management and build a broad network within the bank. This helps you grow into roles with greater strategic impact.

  • You coordinate data lineage working groups
  • You advise Finance and Risk stakeholders on priorities
  • You present guidelines to data specialist, * In case both parties agree that there is a match, you will continue to work with us as a Data Management Consultant after this

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree (HBO or WO)
  • Experience in data management, preferably with DAMA DMBoK
  • Affinity with data and finance
  • Proactive attitude in identifying and implementing improvements
  • Strong communication skills aimed at activating stakeholders
  • Fluent in English and understanding of Dutch

  • Salary: Gross monthly salary between EUR 3,447 and EUR 4,923 (scale 07) for a 36-hour work week.
  • Extras: a thirteenth month, 8% holiday allowance, and a 10% Employee Benefit Budget.
  • Development budget: EUR 1,400 development budget per year for your growth and development.
  • Hybrid working: a balance between home and office work (possible for most roles).
