Job description

We are seeking a Senior System Architect / VoIP Network Engineer with deep expertise in Cisco Unified Communications, VoIP, and enterprise networking. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting mission-critical Voice over IP infrastructure in a large enterprise environment.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise Network Engineering/Administration experience
  • 5+ years of Cisco VoIP/Unified Communications experience
  • Strong experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Voice Gateways, Session Border Controllers (SBCs), SIP Trunks, and VoIP Routers
  • Hands-on experience with LAN/WAN, VLANs, QoS, Routing, Switching, ACLs, Firewalls, and IP Networking
  • Experience with VoIP monitoring, troubleshooting, upgrades, and performance optimization
  • Knowledge of network security and disaster recovery best practices
  • Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills
