STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking an Senior AI on behalf of our client in Plano, TX to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-scale Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI solutions. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who can bridge business strategy and technical execution, driving AI innovation through modern technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI, cloud AI platforms, and MLOps practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise architecture, AI solution design, cloud technologies, and stakeholder engagement, with the ability to deliver scalable, secure, and production-ready AI platforms., Define and drive enterprise AI architecture strategies aligned with business goals and digital transformation initiatives. Partner with business and technology stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and build scalable implementation roadmaps. Design and implement AI/GenAI solutions utilizing LLMs, RAG frameworks, Agentic AI, and vector database technologies. Lead AI initiatives from proof-of-concept through production deployment and operationalization. Establish AI governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, data, cloud, infrastructure, and cybersecurity groups. Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend adoption strategies and architecture standards. Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and executive-level recommendations. Support MLOps practices, model lifecycle management, monitoring, and continuous improvement efforts., Agentic AI Python OpenAI Azure AI AWS Bedrock LangChain LangGraph Vector Databases Kubernetes Docker Cloud Architecture Enterprise Solution Architecture AI Governance MLOps

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, enterprise architecture, or a related technical leadership role. 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing AI/ML solutions in enterprise environments. Strong understanding of enterprise business processes and the ability to translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions. Hands-on experience with: Python OpenAI and Generative AI platforms Azure AI Services AWS Bedrock LangChain LangGraph Vector Databases REST APIs and Microservices Kubernetes Docker Cloud-native architectures Experience building and deploying production-grade AI applications. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in automotive, manufacturing, industrial, or related enterprise environments. Knowledge of Industry 4.0 initiatives and digital transformation programs. Experience with MLOps frameworks, AI governance models, and responsible AI practices. Cloud platform certifications (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) are a plus. Experience implementing enterprise-scale AI and analytics platforms.
