Job description

We are seeking an Infrastructure Specialist with expertise in Enterprise Disaster Recovery (DR) and Resiliency to design, implement, and support highly available IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience in disaster recovery planning, backup and recovery solutions, business continuity, infrastructure resilience, and cloud/hybrid environments., * Design, implement, and maintain enterprise disaster recovery and resiliency solutions.

Perform backup, replication, failover, and recovery operations to ensure business continuity.
Execute and document DR testing, recovery drills, and resiliency assessments.
Monitor infrastructure health and optimize recovery time objectives (RTO) and recovery point objectives (RPO).
Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, storage, and security teams to ensure high availability and operational resilience.
Maintain DR documentation, runbooks, and recovery procedures.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Infrastructure Administration or Disaster Recovery.
Hands-on experience with Enterprise Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity (BCP).
Experience with backup and recovery solutions such as Commvault, Veeam, Rubrik, NetBackup, or Zerto.
Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux Servers, VMware, Hyper-V, and Storage technologies.
Experience with AWS, Azure, or hybrid cloud environments.
Familiarity with DR testing, failover/failback procedures, replication, and resiliency planning.
Knowledge of monitoring, automation, scripting (PowerShell/Bash), and ITIL best practices.
