AI Platform Engineer

Administer and integrate highly scalable Microsoft 365 enterprise platforms and Azure cloud services. Develop and deploy intelligent conversational AI agents utilizing Microsoft Copilot Studio to enhance business productivity. Automate critical business processes and system workflows utilizing Power Automate, APIs, and custom connectors. Enforce rigorous enterprise data security and compliance policies utilizing Microsoft Purview information protection capabilities. Integrate structured and unstructured data platforms with vector databases to support RAG artificial intelligence models. Implement comprehensive system observability monitoring frameworks utilizing Datadog and OpenTelemetry. Automate routine cloud administrative tasks by engineering robust scripts utilizing PowerShell and Python. 3 or more years of experience in Microsoft platform engineering and cloud enterprise applications. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration, Azure services, and enterprise identity management. Experience with Microsoft Power Platform including Power Automate, Power Apps, and custom API connectors. Experience in engineering conversational AI solutions utilizing Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio. Experience with securing enterprise environments utilizing Microsoft Purview and strict data governance controls. Experience in configuring system observability solutions and designing Retrieval-Augmented Generation architectures.
