Job description

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to lead the development of dashboards and analytics solutions that empower business users to make data-driven decisions. Operating as a trusted analytics partner, this role owns metrics end-to-end, shapes data standards, and translates complex technical and behavioral data into clear business insights. The focus will heavily center on building high-quality Power BI dashboards using data from modern, cloud-based sources including UDH data sources, DynamoDB, Postgres, and application observability tools. DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES Design, build, and own Power BI dashboards and reports for business, product, and operational stakeholders. Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs and translate business questions into scalable data models and visualizations. Analyze and model data from UDH data sources, DynamoDB, Postgres, and AWS-hosted infrastructure.Incorporate Real User Monitoring (RUM) and Application Performance Monitoring (APM) data into dashboards to surface trends related to performance, reliability, and user experience. Build and maintain advanced DAX measures and calculations following Power BI best practices while ensuring dashboard performance and maintainability. Validate data accuracy, perform root cause analysis, partner with engineering teams to resolve inconsistencies, and provide technical guidance to other analysts., The ideal candidate is a Senior-level Data Analyst (8+ years of total experience, 5+ in specialized analytics) with strong technical mastery over Power BI, SQL, and AWS NoSQL environments. They possess exceptional communication skills, seamlessly bridging the gap between technical metrics and non-technical business stakeholders.
