  • Comfort working across the entire stack, from UI/UX to infrastructure
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity
  • Experience working with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, etc.)
  • Familiarity with AI/ML systems or integrating APIs (e.g., LLMs) is a plus
  • Bias toward action and a strong sense of ownership, Acute Care, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Application Programming Interface (API), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Best Practices, Cloud Computing, Code Reviews, GCP (Good Clinical Practices), Healthcare, Healthcare Quality, Home Care, Leadership, Mentoring, Node.js, Operational Improvement, Performance Tuning/Optimization, Problem Solving Skills, Product Design, Product Engineering, Python Programming/Scripting Language, React.js, Scalable System Development, Startup, User Interface/Experience (UI/UX)

  • Remote-friendly work environment
  • The opportunity to build technology that meaningfully improves healthcare operations
