Solventum/3M Application Analyst

This resource will provide advanced application support for Solventum/3M solutions, ensuring system stability, efficient issue resolution, and support for ongoing optimization efforts. Responsibilities include in-depth analysis of workflows, troubleshooting complex production issues, supporting system upgrades, and collaborating with vendors and internal partners to maintain reliable operational performance., * Provide production support for Solventum/3M applications, including complex issue investigation and resolution

• Analyze and optimize clinical and HIM workflows supported by Solventum solutions
• Participate in application upgrades, enhancements, and post-implementation stabilization efforts
• Partner with vendor support and internal teams to resolve high-impact issues and reduce backlog
• Support ongoing operational needs while maintaining service level commitments

Do you have experience in Systems & applications support?, * 5-7 years of hands-on experience supporting Solventum/3M applications

• Demonstrated success supporting complex production environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage issues across integrated systems
• Experience with Solventum Code Audit, Prebill, and HDM interfaces
