Job description

  • Design, develop, and architect scalable Salesforce solutions using LWC, Apex, and Salesforce Core
  • Build and enhance custom applications on the Salesforce platform
  • Lead technical design discussions and define best practices, coding standards, and reusable patterns
  • Review code and mentor junior and mid-level developers
  • Translate modern frontend concepts, including Angular-based patterns, into LWC-based solutions
  • Optimize Salesforce data models, custom objects, relationships, and SOQL queries
  • Implement secure and scalable solutions using Salesforce security models including profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules
  • Develop headless or custom UI solutions on Salesforce
  • Collaborate with architects, product teams, and business stakeholders to deliver enterprise-grade solutions

Requirements

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Architect / Lead Developer to join our team for a remote opportunity. This role requires a strong technical leader with deep hands-on expertise in Salesforce Core , Lightning Web Components (LWC) , Apex , and custom application development on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate must have proven experience designing and building custom Salesforce applications , not just configuring standard clouds, and should be comfortable leading development teams, setting technical direction, and working closely with senior architects and stakeholders.

Mandatory: Candidates must have experience with PSS (Public Sector Solutions) and Salesforce GovCloud ., * Salesforce Core

  • Deep hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) - non-negotiable
  • Strong expertise in Apex , including: Custom logic Async processing Governor limits
  • Strong experience with Salesforce data modeling Custom objects Object relationships SOQL optimization
  • Proven experience building custom Salesforce applications
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce security model
  • Experience with headless or custom UI development on Salesforce platform UI / Frontend
  • Strong JavaScript fundamentals
  • Ability to translate Angular concepts into LWC equivalents
  • Strong understanding of component-driven architecture
  • Experience with CSS , SLDS , and SLDS2 (Salesforce Cosmos)
  • Understanding of state management patterns in LWC

Technical Leadership

  • Strong code review experience
  • Ability to define and enforce coding standards and development patterns
  • Experience mentoring junior and mid-level developers
  • Comfortable presenting solutions and collaborating with senior architects

Mandatory Experience

  • Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS) experience
  • Salesforce GovCloud experience
  • Platform Developer II certification

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience migrating or porting Angular or React applications to LWC
  • Experience with Salesforce CLI , Scratch Orgs , and SFDX project structure
  • Experience with custom Lightning App Builder pages and components
  • Experience in enterprise-scale Salesforce architecture and modernization projects
