Hardware Software Integration Engineer

• Lead and drive debugging of hardware-software issues to resolution, ensuring reliable vehicle operation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Develop and refine test plans and specifications to support manufacturing and vehicle assembly processes.
• Create test automation and utilize analysis tools to enhance debugging and test coverage.
• Design new processes and workflows to improve fleet stability and operational efficiency.

Our client, a leader in autonomous vehicle technology, is seeking a Hardware Software Integration Engineer to join their team. As a Hardware Software Integration Engineer, you will be part of the Hardware Software Integration department supporting vehicle development and manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to troubleshooting, which will align successfully in the organization., * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.

• Minimum of 2+ years of relevant industry experience in hardware, firmware, and software integration.
• Experience with hardware interfaces such as Ethernet, CAN, USB, UART, LIN, I2C, SPI, and related testing/debugging tools.
• Proficiency in Python or similar Scripting languages, along with familiarity with version control and debugging tools.
• Ability to determine root causes of complex issues and communicate findings effectively.
