Product Support Specialist

The Product Support Specialist will be a primary contact for our customers, handling inquiries, providing product and troubleshooting assistance and recommending water filtration solutions to those prospective customers. The Product Support Specialist will also assist other members of the team with quoting and technical assistance., * Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

• Serve as a direct point of contact for customers, ensuring exceptional service and support
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with accurate product information. Answer questions about warranties.
• Learn the technical aspects and design of the different water treatment products. Be able to present solutions to customers for either new product solutions or troubleshooting existing products over the phone or via email.
• Support order entry and track status of ongoing customer sales to help ensure timely delivery.
• Identify new opportunities or challenges.
• Any other duties needed by the company as directed by management.

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Exceptional verbal and written skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite (Excel / Word / Outlook / etc)
• Familiarity with the water treatment business and products a bonus
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team
• Applicants must be able to work on-site daily. This is not remote or hybrid position
