• Install and build enterprise Teamcenter platforms on AWS Public Cloud and On-Premise (Tech Stack - 24xx, 25xx, 26xx)
• Design and develop load balancing for all components of platform components….Docker Configurations involved
• Maintain the application instance specific code using pre-defined code management tool(s)
• Create and maintain versions and branching for PLM installations. Includes new branches, merges, access, structure, and software build/deployment.
• Implementation of the instance specific enterprise search tool (Apache SOLR)
• Ensure the maintenance and stability of the production application search tool.
• Design and manage database instances for both clustered and non-clustered systems.
• Experience with automation/scripting critical to maintaining environments at scale
• Active daily monitoring of the server and DB, using heath check reports and tools such as OEM, AWS console, custom monitoring scripts, etc. to identify possible issues and/or fine-tuning opportunities as they arise.
• Perform root cause analysis on all database problem tickets and that solutions are implemented across the enterprise infrastructure
• Includes system administration; standardized build and support tasks, for US Export Controlled systems, associate platforms, tools and other infrastructure managed under this scope.
• 24*7 on-call Support for P1 Level issues for PLM application services
• RITM, INC, Change Task resolved within SLAs at a rate of 95%+
• Patching and upgrading of all infra to insure a 90% SLA adherence of all EVM or Tech Debt items
• Major and minor version upgrade projects of infra, middleware and Teamcenter software as needed
• Ability to Install Teamcenter in Production server
• Experience in Deployment center
• Teamcenter Integration experience
• SSO, SSL configuration
• Experience to resolve Teamcenter Performance issues
• Local File cache server configuration, Store and Forward Configuration, Linux Administration, Oracle Administration, AWS Services, TeamCenter Deployment Model, Load Balancing, Clustering of database, Solr as part of TC….
• Teamcenter related AI skills Hybrid - as per Infosys policy of specific country/city. Travel to customer location for workshops or meetings on need basis or project based Pre Onboarding Criminal and Social Security Check No
