Salesforce Developer Birmingham Onsite 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract £30,000 - £45,000 + Benefits Build, Develop and Deliver on Salesforce 167 Solutions is recruiting a Salesforce Developer on behalf of an established organisation in Birmingham looking to strengthen its Salesforce capability with an experienced hands-on developer. This is an excellent opportunity for a Salesforce professional who enjoys building scalable solutions, enhancing user experiences, and working closely with stakeholders to deliver business-critical Salesforce projects. Working onsite as part of a collaborative technology team, you’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining Salesforce applications, supporting business transformation initiatives, and driving platform improvements. The Role As a Salesforce Developer, you will: Develop, customise and maintain Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud. Design and build Apex classes, triggers, Lightning components and integrations. Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues. Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practice and governance standards. Collaborate with administrators, business analysts and wider technology teams. Skills & Experience Required Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer. Strong Apex development experience. Experience configuring and developing within Sales Cloud. Salesforce Platform Developer certification or relevant Salesforce certifications. Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) is advantageous. Understanding of Salesforce security, data models and automation tools. Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Desirable Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications. Knowledge of Salesforce release management and deployment processes. Additional Salesforce certifications. What’s on Offer?
