Job description

E-Commerce Platform Transformation

  • Lead the modernisation of a core e-commerce platform, including the migration of legacy systems to new solutions.
  • Drive the remediation of security risks and cyber vulnerabilities across existing platforms.
  • Manage a multidisciplinary delivery team and coordinate stakeholders across multiple business divisions.
  • Oversee key technology partners and third-party suppliers to ensure successful programme delivery.

Global Website Portfolio Consolidation

  • Lead the review and rationalisation of a global estate comprising multiple websites and hundreds of domain names.
  • Conduct audits covering security, compliance, data privacy, branding, and cost optimisation.
  • Develop and implement a strategy to simplify and consolidate the organisation’s digital footprint.
  • Establish a sustainable operating model and governance framework to support ongoing website management and future growth.

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced and delivery-focused Programme Manager - E-Commerce & Global Digital Transformation to lead two high-profile strategic programmes that will modernise our digital landscape and drive significant business change across a complex global organisation. This is a highly visible role offering the opportunity to work directly with executive leadership, shaping, and delivering transformational change across web, e-commerce, and digital technology portfolio. The successful candidate will bring a strong background in large-scale digital delivery, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive results across multiple business units and third-party partners., You will have a proven track record of successfully delivering complex e-commerce, web, and digital transformation programmes from inception through to implementation. You will be comfortable operating in a matrix environment, influencing senior stakeholders, managing third-party suppliers, and navigating competing priorities. The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Significant programme management experience within digital, web, or e-commerce environments.
  • Strong governance, planning, budgeting, and risk management expertise.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and executive-level communication skills.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and holding suppliers accountable for delivery.
  • The resilience, credibility, and commercial awareness required to drive change in a complex organisation.
