Job description

  • Disziplinarische Führung eines 5-köpfigen IT Service / Support Teams
  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung eines internen Helpdesk-/Service-Desk-Bereichs
  • Coaching, Mentoring und Entwicklung der Mitarbeitenden
  • Optimierung von IT-Service-Prozessen und Strukturen
  • Steuerung von KPIs und Sicherstellung der Servicequalität
  • Unterstützung bei Budgetplanung und Lizenzmanagement
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Cloud Engineers und Development Teams
  • Strategische Weiterentwicklung der IT-Service-Organisation

Requirements

  • Erfahrung in der Führung und Entwicklung von IT-Service-/Support-Teams
  • Erfahrung beim Aufbau oder der Skalierung eines internen Helpdesks/Service Desks
  • Ausgeprägte Leadership- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Strategische und organisatorische Denkweise
  • Technisches Verständnis im Cloud-Umfeld (AWS, Azure oder GCP)
  • Kenntnisse moderner Technologien wie Docker und Kubernetes
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Systemadministration
  • Kenntnisse in Go, Java oder Bash von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung mit Budgetplanung, KPIs und Lizenzmanagement
