You will play a crucial role in our dynamic team, where every challenge is an opportunity for innovation. Your Path to Impact: Short Term:

• Design and deploy AI-based systems, optimizing operations for maximal integration and efficiency.
• Lead the creation of robust AI infrastructure, providing a fertile ground for machine learning advancements.
• Analyze data deeply to influence strategic decisions and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.

Long Term:

• Direct high-impact projects aligning with our strategic objectives to maintain and expand our technological lead.
• Develop comprehensive roadmaps for all AI projects, ensuring they meet our ambitious healthcareinnovation goals.
• Uphold the highest standards of ethics and compliance in all AI initiatives, guiding the future of ethical AI in healthcare.

• Advanced degree in medical informatics, bioinformatics (or another life science field), or in medical documentation, data science, computer science or equivalent
• Hands-on experience with data modeling and ideally the use of medical data standards (HL7 FHIR, CDISC ODM, etc.).
• Proficiency in computational modeling and familiarity with medical ontologies (SNOMED CT, ICD-10, LOINC,

etc.). * Agile and structured problem-solving approach, with a proven record of taking on substantial responsibilities. Preferred Experience:

• Stay informed on AI research trends, particularly in Safe AI, Ethical AI, and Fair AI.
• Experience with Cloud AI/ML services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Big Data technologies.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile project methodologies.
